OUTCOME
Time management is the major factor causing customers to overspend. From the research and ideation carried out, a wireframed shopping assistant app was presented to stakeholders. While this was not taken to a prototype and testing phase, both Sainsburys and Waitrose trialled a similar concept soon after this presentation. Handheld scanners and shopping apps are now commonplace.
