DESIGN SPRINT AND DESIGN QUARTER

PROBLEM

British Gas is losing landlord customers due to several changes in the lettings market. Armed with much research, our clients were unsure what to do next. A design sprint gave our clients a chance to prioritise their goals, ideate solutions and create a prototype to test with real landlords.

OUTCOME

An intensive 5 day design sprint workshop with stakeholders and SMEs resulted in a defined way forward. This convinced clients to commission an extended Proof of Concept trial from the Accelerator Hub in partnership with AskPorter - a conversational AI concierge service. The MVP will be released shortly to trial landlords and tracked to validate the landlord proposition to senior leadership
