Iterative user testing of the DTS sharepoint website with employees in the UK and US across all levels

Outcome

A simplified website, information architecture redesign and content rewording to humanise traditional business speak / jargon. 75% increase in unique visitors to the site over three weeks leading up to DTS conference.
